If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can proceed with the return of the entire order or only partially, by selecting the items you want to return during the return procedure.

Shipping costs start at €11 and vary according to weight and destination. For cash on delivery purchases there is an additional cost of €7.50.
The minimum order is 50€. In the case of orders for a lower amount, a surcharge of €5 + VAT will be added to cover the costs of processing the order.
The O4 rating is the second highest category for professional boots. Boots must be non-slip, anti-static and have shock absorption in the heel area. They are tested and certified according to EN ISO 20347: 2012.
SRC rated boots meet the highest slip resistance requirements and meet both SRA and SRB standards. SRA slip resistance is tested on floors covered with a soap solution, while SRB slip resistance is tested on steel floors with glycerin. The tests are based on the measurement of the sliding friction coefficient during the sliding of the heel forward and during the sliding of the entire foot forward. The results provide a good representation of the actual anti-slip performance of the boots on slippery tile and steel surfaces in practice.
The boots have shock absorption in the heel region, which mitigates the impact when walking. Shock absorption in the boot reduces the risk of injury.
