My Account

How do I create an account?

  • Click on the " Register " link at the top right of our site.
  • Enter your data in the form.
  • Click on the "Send" button.

Then follow the instructions to complete the account setup. Your data is NOT sold to other companies and is kept completely private.

How do I change my personal information?

  • Click on the " Login " link at the top right of our site.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Once logged in, click Edit your account information.

I forgot the password.

  1. Click the " Login " link at the top right of our site.
  2. Below the login box you will see the link "Forgot your password? Click here"
  3. An email will be sent to you with your password.

When will my order be shipped?

Please consult the specific page of each item for information on actual availability. Also, after placing your order, you can click the "Order Status" link at the top left to check your order status. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking code.

How do I return the product?

When will my order be shipped? order status and how can I calculate shipping costs?

Simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page, where you can choose a shipping method and the related price. Your order will be shipped immediately after payment has been received.

When will my backordered product arrive?

Deferred orders are those relating to items whose availability is difficult and which our suppliers are able to predict when they will have in stock. As soon as the item becomes available, the shipment will be made.

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking on the "Register" link at the top right of our site. During registration, the drop-down menu for choosing the country will open. If your country is not in the list of available countries, please write to info@agritura.com. We will check if we can ship the product to your country.

What are my payment options?

During the purchasing process you can choose one of our payment options and proceed to place your order. Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment has been received.

How do I find my product?

How do you navigate the site?

To browse this site, simply click on the category you are interested in. Categories are located on the top, bottom and left of our site.

TIP: Place your cursor over what might be a clickable link. You will notice that whenever you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Scrolling over anything that isn't a link will leave the cursor shaped like an "arrow". You can also type a keyword in the search box to quickly find a specific product.
