If you have received the product, please return it to Beikircher Grünland without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you gave notice of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. The direct risks and costs of returning the goods, as well as the proof thereof, will be borne by You. The courier must be directly instructed by You to return the goods at Your expense. If You withdraw, You will be refunded the payments You have made, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs arising from Your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered, as well as excepting the price and any additional costs relating to customizations referable to the Goods as well as related services), without undue delay. Said refunds will be made using the same means of payment that You used for the initial transaction, unless You request a refund on a different means of payment. In that case, You will be responsible for any additional costs arising from the different means of payment chosen by You. Refunds may be suspended until You receive the goods or until You demonstrate that You have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
