SB 112 ZPS Drinking Trough with 230V / 45W Heating Cable – Frost Protection down to -25°C
The SB 112 ZPS is a durable plastic drinking trough designed to provide a constant and reliable water supply for horses, cattle, and sheep. With a width of 240 mm and a projection of 340 mm, the bowl offers a comfortable drinking position, allowing animals to drink naturally and without restriction.
Equipped with a float valve and a ½" male thread water connection from above, installation is simple and practical. At a working pressure of 1–3 bar, the trough delivers approximately 6.2 liters per minute. The basin volume of 2.3 liters ensures sufficient water availability even during higher demand. Two additional valve nozzles are included to adjust the valve precisely to local water pressure conditions, making it suitable even for low-pressure systems. A T-piece for integration into a circulation system is also included.
Heated – Reliable Through Winter
The integrated 230V heating cable (45W) warms both the drinking bowl and valve. A built-in frost protection thermostat automatically activates at approx. +5°C and switches off at approx. +15°C. This ensures frost-free operation down to approximately -25°C, guaranteeing safe water supply even in severe winter conditions.
