The Rope Angle Clamp with Bolt – 5 Pieces is perfect for connecting ropes in electric fence systems. Proper electrical connections are crucial for the fence’s effectiveness: a poor connection can result in little or no electric shock beyond the connection point. All connections in fixed electric fences must be screwed tightly. Only galvanized (preferably hot-dip galvanized) or stainless steel screws and clamps should be used, as rust at joints acts as an insulator, impeding current flow and reducing fence voltage.
