This separator deserves the name 130 "LONGLIFE". The number "130" in the name stands for a capacity of 130 liters of milk/hour and „LONGLIFE“ stands for a maintenance-free, low-noise, brushless and closed motor without carbon, which never comes into contact with water or milk and - unique in the world - works for up to 2000 working hours. This guarantees a duration 4 to 6 times longer than traditional centrifuges. With this motor, even electricity fluctuations are not a problem.
A world first.
A world first exclusive to MILKY is the new LED control indicator. Automatically switches from red to green when the correct circulation speed is reached. The work process starts at the most effective point and the best quality is achieved.
The 10 liter inlet container and the milk and cream outlets are made of easy-to-maintain AISI 304 stainless steel and therefore particularly hygienic and easy to clean. The exclusive fixing hooks prevent the milk from accidentally spilling. The basket, specially balanced at the 0 point, is made of food-grade aluminum and anodized (a 14 micron film prevents rust formation). Two different types of plates, smooth and ribbed, prevent sticking. With the cream auger, the thickness of the cream can be adjusted between approximately 8% and 12%, depending on the quality of the milk. The stable rubber tires, also suitable for table mounting, ensure vibration-free operation. 230V
