- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You can proceed with the return of the entire order or only partially, by selecting the items you want to return during the return procedure.

- Shipping costs start at €11 and vary according to weight and destination. For cash on delivery purchases there is an additional cost of €7.50.
- The minimum order is 50€. In the case of orders for a lower amount, a surcharge of €5 + VAT will be added to cover the costs of processing the order.

CLEANING THE GLOVES
- Clean the gloves using a damp cloth and do not use hot water.
- To remove difficult stains, use a neutral soap or a special detergent for leather or fabric, so as not to damage the leather.
- Avoid contact of the gloves with solvents and do not use fabric softener, petrol or aggressive detergents so as not to change the characteristics (for example the colour) of the gloves.
- Do not machine wash, do not dry clean, and do not use high pressure devices to clean them, as high temperature and pressure can damage them.
- The lifespan of the gloves depends on storage and intensity of use.
