If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can proceed with the return of the entire order or only partially, by selecting the items you want to return during the return procedure.

Shipping costs start at €11 and vary according to weight and destination. For cash on delivery purchases there is an additional cost of €7.50.
The minimum order is 50€. In the case of orders for a lower amount, a surcharge of €5 + VAT will be added to cover the costs of processing the order.

- This nylon dog leash is complete with an adjustable reflective belt that allows you to walk with complete peace of mind even during the evening hours. The padded belt is adjustable (from a minimum of 70 to a maximum of 130 cm waist) very comfortable once worn while the attachable bag supplied can contain small useful objects or simply house keys, wallet or mobile phone.
- Ergocomfort FreeTime has a nylon leash adjustable from a minimum of 80 to a maximum of 120 cm in length; features a particular elastic fiber terminal that cushions jerks and sudden departures of your four-legged friend. Ergocomfort FreeTime was designed for a maximum dog weight of 50 kg.
