Deosan Deofarm is an energetic detergent-oxidant, specific for the recirculating and manual cleaning of milking systems and milk cold storage tanks.
Deosan Deofarm is a chemical specialty for the reduction of organic contamination in milking plants; the chlorine developed during the cleaning action ensures high sanitation when washing the system, while reducing the total bacterial load, ensuring
resulting in quality milk. Deosan Deofarm is designed to ensure cleaning and hygiene results, too
in the presence of hard water, since its formulation contains sequestrants which guarantee the control of the Ca and Mg salts responsible for the hardness of the water.
Deosan Deofarm solutions are easily rinsable and do not leave residues that can alter the cheesemaking process.
Instructions for use
Rinse with warm water
Wash with a solution of Deosan Deofarm at a concentration of 0.5-1%
Rinse with cold water
Deosan Deofarm dosed at 1% develops 600 ppm of active chlorine
