Boxengold Premium is an eco-friendly horse bedding made from 100% pure spruce wood sourced directly from the vigorous forests of Transylvania. The untreated wood is processed using a modern thermal manufacturing method, then shredded, heated, screened several times and carefully dusted to produce a high-quality bedding material for horses.
Its fibrous structure allows urine to drain downwards before being absorbed in the lower layers. This helps keep the upper bedding area drier and significantly limits the development of unpleasant odours.
Boxengold contains no artificial or chemical additives and undergoes thermal treatment during production. Multiple dust-removal stages make the bedding almost dust-free when stored correctly. Its consistent quality also avoids some of the variations associated with bedding materials that can be affected by weather conditions or storage.
The slightly elastic, stable and non-slip surface provides a comfortable standing area for horses. Its high absorption capacity and fibrous composition make the bedding economical to use and can help reduce the amount of manure produced in the stable.
