Shipping costs start at €11 and vary according to weight and destination. For cash on delivery purchases there is an additional cost of €7.50.
The minimum order is 50€. In the case of orders for a lower amount, a surcharge of €5 + VAT will be added to cover the costs of processing the order.

INSTRUCTIONS
For the correct storage and correct combustion of the logs
- The wooden logs should be kept in a dry and ventilated place. Stoves, fireplaces or wood ovens must be filled according to the system's capacity. The compressed chips expand with heat. We recommend dividing the logs into two or three parts.
- Never fill the systems completely. Fill a maximum of half of the space provided for combustion. Do not close the combustion systems before all the product is completely burned.
- This is the case with hot embers and with only small flames. Do not light fires in closed or airtight rooms, check that there is sufficient air exchange. The polyethylene packaging should not be burned.
- Do not use easily flammable liquids such as spirit or gasoline to start a fire. Combustion must only take place in heating systems suitable and authorized for combustion (see instructions for use of the systems).
