- Shipping costs start at €11 and vary according to weight and destination. For cash on delivery purchases there is an additional cost of €7.50.

EBNERS ROTKORN is an organic winter spelt variety with very good winter hardiness and very good tolerance to drought stress. Its good adaptability makes it suitable for marginal areas. The variety has high protein and wet gluten content, good baking quality and a distinctive aroma. The large grain has a high specific weight in the spelt husk and provides good dehulling yield.
