Shipping costs start  from €11 and may vary based on weight and destination. For cash on delivery
purchases there is an additional cost of €7.26. The minimum order is €50. In the case of orders of a smaller amount, a surcharge of €5 + VAT will be added to cover the costs of processing the order. Shipments outside the EU (including Switzerland, which is not part of the European community) are subject to the payment of customs duties which are borne by the purchasing party.  

Shipping and deliveries

During the purchase process you can choose between different delivery methods and related costs. Your order will be delivered once payment has been received. Delivery times are particularly linked to the availability of each product at the time of placing the order. This information can be found on each product page. Deferred orders are those relating to products whose availability is limited and which our suppliers are able to supply when they have the goods in stock. As soon as the product is available, it will be delivered. If you have any doubts about whether shipments are made to your country, you can check the available countries on the drop-down menu during registration in the " Login " section . If your country is not in the list, please write an email to info@agritura.com . We will check if we are able to ship the product to your country and will send you an email with a response. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment number. You can view the status of your order at any time via the " Order " button on the left side.    

Shipments are made by land, via Bartolini courier. Shipping costs start from €11 and may vary based on weight and destination.
Orders are sent from one of our two Italian distribution centers. Our logistics department operators will identify the most convenient shipping location for the buyer, so that the order is delivered in the shortest time possible.
However, it is possible that in rare cases the goods must arrive via international shipping, in this case the delivery times of the goods could be delayed by up to 5 working days.
